Натиг Ахмедович Ширинзаде - Основатель и руководитель Института Глобальных Проблем Экологической Экономики. Член Совета Предпринимателей при Президенте Азербайджанской Республики.

Родился в городе Шеки. Учился в 1983-1989 гг. в Москве, в Российском Химико-Технологическом Университете имени Д.И.Менделеева, в 1994-1996 гг. - в Западном Университете. По специальности инженер-химик, менеджер-экономист.

Доктор философии по технике. Магистр по экономике.

В 1998-2005 гг. был удостоен сертификатами Организации Промышленного Развития ООН (ЮНИДО), Министерства Иностранных Дел Греции, Министерства Иностранных Дел Японии, Общества Технического Сотрудничества Германии.

Носитель ордена «Содружество» второй степени. В 2005 году был удостоен диплома за заслуги по развитию регионов АР со стороны Президента Республики Азербайджан господина И. Г. Алиева.

В 2011 году вручен диплом Европейской Бизнес Ассамблеей, (штаб квартира в Оксфорде), как лучшему менеджеру в Европе.

В 2012 году удостоен специальным дипломом Посольства РФ в РА и Торгового Представительства РФ в РА за развитие бизнес - отношений между двумя странами. С 2017 года является официальным членом Европейской Экономической Ассоциации.

Автор трех монографий, аналитических статей.
